The YSBD-110/6T is a heavy-duty CNC horizontal boring and milling machining center built for workpieces up to 6 tons — energy & petroleum equipment, shipbuilding components, large structural parts, construction machinery and diesel engine blocks. Powered by a Siemens 828D control and a rigid, center-water-outlet BT50 spindle, it pairs high-speed roller linear guides on all axes with a 4-axis rotary worktable for accurate multi-face machining in a single setup.

Horizontal Boring Machining Center Structure Features

Rigid BT50 Spindle with Labyrinth Protection

Center-water-outlet spindle with a labyrinth seal and labyrinth air-blowing device at the nose, keeping coolant and swarf out of the bearings for stable long-term accuracy.

Heavy-Duty Roller Linear Guides

X/Z axes use imported high-strength roller linear guide rails (V3 preload class) for high load capacity at rapid feeds up to 10 m/min; the Y axis runs on a heavy-duty hard roller guide for high rigidity.

4-Axis Rotary Worktable (B-Axis)

The 1250×1500mm worktable is rated for workpieces up to 6,000 kg and indexed via an AC servo motor with worm-gear drive, featuring 4×90° taper-pin positioning and automatic hydraulic disc locking for rigid clamping under heavy cutting loads — enabling multi-face boring and milling in a single setup.

HT300 Resin-Sand Cast Iron Bed

Castings are made from HT300 cast iron using an aluminum-wood pattern combination, giving the base higher structural rigidity for long-term stability.

Automatic Chip Management

A reserved spiral chip conveyor interface works with the flushing/coolant system to clear chips continuously, protecting the machine from thermal drift during long cutting cycles.

Track-Type Tool Magazine

Servo-driven, 40-position track-type tool magazine for fast, reliable tool changes (fastest tool change: 14 sec).
