The overall layout of Gantry Double Column Machining is a fixed-beam beam structure, with the workbench moving forward and backward; the left and right columns and the bed are distributed on both sides of the workbench. The gantry worktable moves forward and backward on the X axis, the ram moves vertically on the skateboard in the Z direction, and the skateboard and the ram move horizontally on the beam in the Y direction.

Vertical lathes, or VTLs, are one of the most traditional machine types. They are ideal for heavy-duty machining of medium to large parts. The box-type base and column make a highly dependable, highly rigid structure and the headstock with flange construction minimizes the effects of thermal deformation and vibration, which ensures stable, accurate cutting.   

The workbench of the vertical machining center is usually a cross slider T-slot workbench structure, two sets of vertical motion mechanisms are responsible for the movement direction, and the X-direction feed table cover is responsible for the Y-direction feed guide rail. Workbench, horizontal machining center is only designed for movement in the X direction or Y direction. The form of the workbench is generally a grid screw hole workbench and a rotary workbench. The spindle box is equipped with a hydraulic automatic balancing system, balancing dynamically the self-weight of the spindle box, guaranteeing processing accuracy and stability of the machine tool. For high-precision and high rigidity and large-torque spindle unit, the main transmission adopts gear speed shifting, high and low-speed automatic transmission by hydraulic station, suitable for low-speed heavy cutting.

The square ram gantry machining center adopts imported electrical components to ensure the safety and stability of the electrical system. The spindle components adopt an external circulating constant temperature cooling system, which improves the thermal stability of the machine tool.
